ORDERING
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Custom orders, large events, and weddings should be booked 2–6 weeks in advance or earlier to secure your date.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability. A rush fee may apply.
Do you offer holiday items?
Yes! We offer special holiday menus throughout the year. Holiday pickup/delivery windows will be announced in advance on our website and social media. Custom orders can be placed for holiday items, but need to be placed in advance.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, gift packaging is available for select items. Please ask at the time of ordering to check availability and pricing.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We offer custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, brownies, cheesecakes, cake jars, coconut macaroons, cake pops, Oreo truffles, dessert tables, wedding or event orders or displays, and much more.
How do custom order deposits work?
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before pickup/delivery. Deposits are refundable up to 7 calendar days before your event date.
How do I submit a custom order?
You can request a custom order by email or text. Please include:
• Event date
• Item(s) requested
• Flavor/theme
• Quantity/guest count
• Inspiration photos (if applicable)
There may be additional details needed in order to create your custom order and quoted price, which could be requested after your initial request for a custom order.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
Where are you located?
We are based in Daytona Beach, Florida. Specific pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, local delivery (Volusia County and surrounding counties) is available for baked goods and dry goods. Delivery fees are based on distance.
How are pickup times scheduled?
Pickup dates and times are scheduled during ordering and are typically a specific time or 2 hour time window. Please arrive on time to ensure product freshness and quality.
What if I’m running late or miss my pickup time?
If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Missed or unclaimed orders are non-refundable.

Do you ship your products?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for dry goods only. We do not ship baked goods at this time.
What dry goods do you ship?
We ship items such as:

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES
Do you offer refunds?
Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, it is non-refundable. Please check your order immediately upon receiving it and notify us right away if there are any concerns.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance. Custom order deposits are refundable up to 7 calendar days before your scheduled date.

Do your products contain allergens?
Many products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, tree nuts, or other allergens.
Do you provide ingredient lists?
Yes! Each item includes an ingredient label and a separate allergen label when applicable.
Are you an allergen-free bakery?
No. All products are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens. While we offer nut-free, sugar-free (using a sugar substitute), gluten-free, dye-free and vegan-friendly options by request, Pastries By Exposure is not an allergen-free kitchen, and cross-contamination may occur. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Yes, select items can be made gluten-free, sugar-free (with sugar substitutes), dye-free or vegan-friendly upon request. These items must be custom ordered and are not guaranteed to be allergen-free due to potential cross-contact.

How long do your products stay fresh?
Storage instructions are included with each item. Most baked goods are best enjoyed within 2–3 daysof pickup.
Can I refrigerate or freeze items?
Yes! Many items can be frozen for later enjoyment. Please ask for storage guidance when ordering if needed.
